MAR VISTA / VENICE 

Mar Vista Rec Center - 11430 Woodbine Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90066

6 courts - a little warn and dusty but not bad. It's a first come first serve so expect to wait if you go at peak times. The school across the street has permits most days from 2-5 and the City also runs classes in the AM and after school. Check schedules posted at the entrance to the courts so you can be strategic about which court you take so you don't get booted by a permitfed coach.

Small parking lot on Sawtelle just south of the cross with Palms.

No pickleball.

Decent lights.

Penmar Rec Center -  1341 Lake St, Venice, CA 90291

6 courts - currently under construction, it's been almost a year! But when they do open there are 6 tennis courts. First come first serve basis.

CULVER CITY / MARINA DEL REY

Culver West - 4162 Wade Ave., Culver City 90066 

Just 1 court and there are some permits, otherwise first come first serve. There's also a wall to hit against.

2 courts, first come first serve.

SANTA MONICA 

Marine Park - 1406 Marine St, Santa Monica, CA 90405

3 courts. Can get very busy at peak times (morning and evening and weekends) but the courts are in great condition.  It's a first come first serve basis. Technically you have to give up the court after an hour if people are waiting. There are some permits granted to coaches so check the schedules posted at the door.
