Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at pmcochrane@gmail.com. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
We only cover the cost of return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In those cases, we can provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer, you may choose to return the item using your own shipping method.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right by either replacing the item or providing a full refund, including any shipping charges.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have (if eligible), and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
